How to turn it on
Tap “Settings” at the bottom of the screen.
Tap the gold “Novagram Settings” row.
In the Chat section, turn on “Round video from gallery”.
In a chat, press and hold the video message (camera) button → “Photos”.
Result
The video you pick is sent as a round video message.
