How to turn it on
Tap “Settings” at the bottom of the screen.
Tap the gold “Novagram Settings” row.
In the Interface section, make sure “Mutual contact badge” is on.
Open “Contacts”.
Result
Mutual contacts have 🤝 next to their names.
